B: Coffee (2 shots espresso, 4 pumps SF vanilla Torani syrup, 8oz. unsweetened soymilk, hot water), 2 LF mozzarella string cheese and a banana

L: Chocolate Peanut Butter Pure Protein Bar, some popcorn and Minute Maid Light Lemonade

D: Grilled Butterflied Jumbo Shrimp with cocktail sauce, Caesar salad (Light Caesar Dressing by Ken's Steakhouse) with tomatoes, unsweetened flattened banana with peanut butter, and unsweetened dried mango
