Daily Eats

B: Coffee (2 shots espresso, 2 pumps SF white chocolate Torani syrup, 2 pumps SF caramel Torani syrup, 1 1/2 Tbsp. half-n-half, hot water)

L: Chocolate Peanut Butter Pure Protein Bar and a grande Americano from Starbucks (major YUM!)

D: Scrambled eggs with 2% cheeses and salsa, FF refried beans with 2% cheeses and salsa
Long working weekend….. Ugh…

April 11, just a few weeks before yours! I'm kind of nervous because I haven't been training so much as running a lot, then I had some super low mileage weeks (under 10) the past 2-3 weeks since I got sick. My goal is a sub-2; I think this is possible based on a 12-miler I ran in February, but still not certain.
