Green Monster Post #3


2 handfulls Spinach (somewhere between 1-2 cups)
1/2 frozen banana
1 cup unsweetened soymilk
3/4scoop vanilla whey protein powder
1 Tbsp. flax seeds

Put all ingredients in blender/Magic Bullet and blend. Pour in a pretty glass, mug, or jar and enjoy!
