My favorite breakfast these days and my newest favorite book.
In the bowl is greek yogurt, a banana, some truvia to sweeten up the yogurt,
some peanut butter, and a sprinkle of rolled oats.
A definite winner. Yes, it is a low-carb whole wheat tortilla with peanut butter, banana, and sugar-free preserves. On the side is greek yogurt sweetened with some of the sugar-free preserves and a bit of sugar-free Torani syrup. YUM!
Cake that's high in protein and low in carbs.
This cake is peanut butter flavored with some sugar-free preserves as garnish.

This is a low-carb tortilla that has a thin layer of peanut butter and sliced strawberries. I rolled it up and sliced it so it looks like sushi. David really enjoyed this!
