3 handfulls Spinach (somewhere between 2-3 cups)
1 frozen banana
1 1/4 cup unsweetened soymilk
1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
2 Tbsp. unsweetened coconut
1 Tbsp. flax seeds
4 ice cubes
Put all ingredients in blender and blend. Pour in a pretty glass, mug, or jar and enjoy!
This was HUGE today! I'm going to start making them smaller.
