Don't like your veggies? Try this...
1 frozen banana (because that's what I had)
1 1/4 cup unsweetened soymilk
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder (optional)
1 Tbsp. flax seeds (optional)
2 ice cubes
Put all ingredients in blender and blend. Pour in a pretty glass, mug, or jar and enjoy!
Warning: This is REALLY good and I couldn't even taste the spinach. It kept me full for 4 hours. YUM!
