From The Kitchen

The staff/faculty at my school honored our cafeteria manager (it was her last day) and a custodian (received an award) by having a dessert buffet in the faculty lounge last Friday.  I contributed two desserts that kept me busy for 5 1/2 hours (on a school night!).  They were the hit of the party and barely made it to lunch.  By that, I mean that the word got out of what I brought and many had to sample them before lunch because if they waited they may have missed out.  Good thinkin'!  I'm lucky to have been able to try them myself.  I must say.... they were pretty.darn.tasty.
Mmmm...

Jenn, I am so glad you emailed me. We have loved it here in Oklahoma too! I assume you are talking about Judd Allen and his family. We met Judd while he was here interviewing. We are excited for them to come out! feel free to email me anytime at jaidi@cox.net

I have been a stalker of your blog for quite some time, but don't think I've ever commented.

I seriously need to lose 100 pounds too and I am so inspired by you. For a full time working mom and wife (with so little spare time) can you give me one or two of your most important bits of information that could get me going in the right direction? What has worked the best for you?

Oh, and congrats on the "match"!

Glad you have shared your journey with the internet on your blog....I really do enjoy reading it and hope I can continue to get inspiration through you and your weightloss successes.
