PB&J Protein Shake

PB&J Protein Shake

1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder (I use some stuff from GNC)
1 Tbsp. Sugar-Free Strawberry Preserves (I used the Polaner All Fruit No Sugar Added with Fiber)
2 tsp. PB2 
8 oz. water/milk or a combination of the two (I use 6 oz. water and 2 oz. unsweetened soymilk or unsweetened almond milk)
2-3 Ice Cubes

Blend all ingredients in Magic Bullet or Blender until well mixed and ice is completely crushed.
