Daily Eats

B: Coffee (2 shots espresso, 4 pumps SF English Toffee Torani syrup, 1 1/2 Tbsp half-n-half, hot water)

L: Hickory smoked turkey with mustard, 2% cottage cheese, and NSA (no sugar added) bread and butter pickle slices

S: Natural Almonds and Walnuts (100 calorie pack)

D: Scrambled eggs with cheddar and lots of Tostitos salsa, unsweetened flattened banana with peanut butter, and unsweetened  dried mango
