"These pretzels are makin' me thirsty!"
David and I were bad... REAL BAD. We made pretzels today in 3 different varieties; original, cinnamon sugar, and savory (with Penzey's Sunny Paris seasoning and their granulated garlic). These were ridiculously good. The recipe can be found at Allrecipes.
This weather and the snow days are not good for our waistlines. At least we're creating memories together while he's still in town.

Did the recipe work out well? I want to make some of these, but noticed some of the reviews said they didn't turn out properly (too dry).

The recipe worked out great for us. It was a little on the dry side which made it difficult to work with, but they tasted amazing. The recipe may need to be adjusted based on altitude. I'm not knowledgable about that at all though.
We won't make these often (I'm a crazy low-carber), but I'm definitely hanging on to the recipe.
Oh, and it may have helped that we actually dipped the pretzels in butter after they were baked. Hehee....
I want these so bad!! Gotta try to make them soon.
