While talking with my Mother In-Law (MIL) the other day, I found out that both of us missed out on something important during our childhood: Tie-Dye.
A few days after our conversation we attended the Big Truck Taco's 1st birthday party. They had a booth set up where the party guests could tie-dye t-shirts. Yes, we just had to take advantage of the opportunity and have some fun. Donna and I both went home with new t-shirts. Love 'em!
Donna found some tie-dye kits at Hancock Fabrics and thought we should try it at home. So, we stocked up on white t-shirts for ourselves and others. Talk about a fun afternoon. Really, it was a blast! I'm looking forward to tie-dying with my MIL again soon.

Apparently I missed out on this too. I never have done one so you will let to let me know how it is done. Looks like so much fun!
Emily, my MIL bought Tie-Dye kits from Hancock Fabrics. I've also seen them at Hobby Lobby and I think Walmart even has them. They're so easy! Every kit is different, so be sure to read the directions. We had so much fun that we'll be doing it again.

I missed out too, never done it! Looks like so much fun. If it is inexpensive for supplies, I might have to do this with Charis.
