I know it is so hard to avoid exercise once you are addicted, but sometimes you just have to take a rest. Go for long walks instead of runs, walking is still amazing.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08644583845501512927noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5106006563071733370.post-87917198050933895692009-11-14T15:32:57.994-06:002009-11-14T15:32:57.994-06:00try your best but don't be too hard on yoursel...try your best but don't be too hard on yourself if you can't do all of it. whatever you can accomplish will be amazing considering you're still recovering from surgery. as far as low-impact workouts have you considered the elliptical or swimming? i just started talking some swimming lessons. it takes practice to learn technique, but is a great non-impact workout. good luck! you are doing way better than me!Angelavonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15748137354768983257noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5106006563071733370.post-52943379809981907562009-11-14T11:41:12.269-06:002009-11-14T11:41:12.269-06:00I think you just need to concentrate on getting be...I think you just need to concentrate on getting better. I bet some of that weight gain is water weight. You have already done amazing this year. You should be so proud of yourself. From that new picture on your profile you dont look like you even have very much more to lose. If you absolutely have to get this goal in for yourself then i would definitely move it the the 31st. I mean come on ,surgery should give you some leeway, right? I think it should give you more then 5 days but i understand the importance of wanting to hit the goals we set for ourself. Good luck with whatever you decide and just know you already look fabulous!Mommy of Threehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15538299078714216724noreply@blogger.com
